On June, 14th within the limits of the Cup of the European champions on badminton (Europe Cup 2008) takes place traditional "Welcome Party". Such action is spent usually for participants of the largest international tournaments to create a favorable atmosphere, to pull together trainers and sportsmen of the different countries. "Welcome Party" will be spent this time on behalf of the Governor of the Moscow area Boris Gromov. It takes place in the city accepting tournament - situated near Moscow Ramenskoe.

On the action there will be officials - the Governor of the Moscow area Boris Gromov, the President of the European union of badminton (BE) Tom Bacher, Secretary general VE Brian Agerbak, the president of National federation of badminton of Russia Sergey Shahray, representatives of organizers of tournament, NFBR and Federation of badminton of the Moscow area.

For sportsmen and participants of competitions the extensive cultural program is planned. The beginning is at 19:00.
